This is one of our best sellers each week in the Caffè, and we often recommend it as our all-in-all general crowd pleaser for anyone seeking beans to gift.
Preparation: We love this coffee prepared as a French press, or as a pour over or drip coffee. She also holds her own on the stovetop in a Moka pot!
Storage: We suggest that you keep your Spella coffee in an air-tight container (such as a mason jar), in a cool, dry place (never a refrigerator or freezer). Our beans have a really impressive shelf life, and we find that - if stored correctly - they are delicious up to 3-4 weeks after their roast date.
