Andrea Spella works closely with family-owned coffee farms and co-operatives in India, Latin America, and Africa to ensure the highest quality of beans find their way to our roastery. Strong relationships with coffee growers are the foundation of Spella Caffè.

Andrea, Tasha, Maika, and Brian roast the coffee beans in small batches―eleven pounds at a time―at our roasting spot in Southeast Portland. This method of roasting brings out the unique, inherent qualities of each variety, and allows us to find the sweet spot of each batch.

We carry a limited offering of carefully selected coffee in order to maintain quality and give the proper focus and love to each bean.
